I do not receive any emails from Kiddy

If you have registered for the first time and are not receiving emails from Kiddy, first check your spam.


If you are not receiving emails from Kiddy, contact your institution and ask if your registered email address is correct.


If everything looks correct, click on "Forgot password" on the Login page to request a new password. You should receive an email from Kiddy to create your password.


If you still haven't received the email, fill out the form and contact us.


If you are already a user but do not receive emails from Kiddy, check Settings > Notifications.
